For centuries we've attempted to manage our knowledge using a content-centric approach. But the volume of content has overwhelmed even our best technical efforts. New tools have allowed us to take a different perspective. So we, like Copernicus, need to consider a new perspective...maybe content isn't the center of our knowledge universe.
